Vettel storms to Turkish Delight

Sebastian Vettel increased his lead in the 2011 World Drivers Championship by winning the Turkish Grand Prix ahead of his teammate Mark Webber, for the first one-two of the season and the first Red Bull one-two of the season.

Fernando Alonso took third in a much improved performance in his Ferrari, while Lewis Hamilton came fourth after starting there.Nico Rosberg will be very disappointed with only 5th, while yesterday he started 3rd and people where talking about maybe his first Grand Prix.

Jenson Button`s 4-stop strategy did not work as he only got 6th.

  1. Hi, do you know why di Resta stopped? I don't remember them mentioning anything after the race (on BBC coverage- and missed the forum afterwards)

  2. Yeah sorry for long wait. He had an engine problem. He could have continued but he would have be slow and risked a complete failure.
